To create your order, Lovora processes your email address and the names, messages and photos that appear on your page.
Your photos and messages are used only to build your page. Without your explicit permission they are never used for AI training, advertising, other users' pages or any other purpose, and never shared with third parties.
Payment details are processed directly by the payment provider; Lovora's servers never store your card details.
You can unpublish or delete your page at any time. When you delete it, your photos and messages are permanently erased; invoice records subject to legal retention are kept for the required period.
Retention: unpaid drafts are deleted automatically, photos included, 30 days after their last edit. Published pages are kept until you delete them. Invoice and payment records are kept for the legally required period; when you delete your page they remain without any of its content.
