This agreement is made between Lovora (Seller) and the user purchasing a digital product on lovora.com (Buyer), under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Subject: preparing and publishing a personalised digital web page according to the package the Buyer selects. The price, including taxes, is shown on the payment page.
Delivery: the product is delivered digitally and immediately after payment is confirmed, and the link is emailed to the Buyer.
Right of withdrawal: under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to intangible goods performed and delivered instantly online. If the product cannot be delivered because of a technical problem, the price is refunded.
